Free Membership — ₹0, no expiry
Registration and Free Membership currently cost ₹0. Free members may use the available core matrimonial features and may send up to 10 successfully created Interests per calendar month. Protected profile access requires either one membership Contact Unlock or a ₹99 Single Profile Access purchase for the selected profile.
Basic Membership — ₹499 / 90 Days
Basic includes unlimited Interests while the membership is active, 10 Contact Unlocks, Who Viewed My Profile, and access to protected profile information for profiles unlocked using membership credits.
Classic Membership — ₹999 / 180 Days
Classic includes everything in Basic, 30 Contact Unlocks, a Classic Member badge, priority in eligible search results, and priority in suggested matches. Priority does not guarantee top placement, views, responses, or matches.
Premium Membership — ₹1,799 / 365 Days
Premium includes everything in Classic, 75 Contact Unlocks, a Premium Member badge, higher priority in eligible results, a priority support indicator, and one 30-day Featured Profile period. The included Featured period is a Premium membership benefit and is not a separate paid Featured transaction.
Contact Unlock credits
One Contact Unlock provides Complete Profile Access for one selected eligible member profile. Depending on profile availability and platform restrictions, it may provide the phone number, private messaging, protected structured address, and Jathagam preview or download.
If the same member has already unlocked that profile, another credit is not consumed. Unused membership credits cannot be spent after the corresponding membership expires. Previously completed profile unlocks remain recorded as permanent entitlements for that selected profile, subject to safety controls, blocking, account availability, and other platform restrictions.
Messaging and directional access
Interest acceptance alone does not unlock private messaging. If Member A unlocks Member B, A may message B and B may reply without separately paying. However, B does not automatically receive A’s protected phone number, address, or Jathagam. Protected profile access remains directional and B must separately unlock A to receive A’s protected details.
Single Profile Access — ₹99
Single Profile Access is a one-time purchase tied only to one selected eligible profile. It does not unlock any other profile and may provide the selected member’s phone number, private messaging, protected address, and Jathagam preview or download.
Featured Profile — ₹299 / 30 Days
Featured Profile is a separate 30-day visibility add-on for the purchaser’s own profile. It may provide a Featured Profile badge, higher eligible profile visibility, priority placement in eligible search results, and priority placement in suggested matches.
Featured Profile does not guarantee profile views, Interests, messages, responses, matches, or marriage.
Payment gateway
Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another configured payment provider. Available payment methods depend on gateway, provider, and bank availability. Naidu Kalyanam does not store card PINs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or similar authentication secrets.
Payment verification and records
A browser success message alone does not activate a paid service. A service becomes active only after server-side and payment-gateway verification.
Payment records may include an internal payment request ID, Razorpay order ID, Razorpay payment ID, service or membership purchased, amount, status, timestamps, related member or profile, and test/production classification. These records may be retained for support, reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal or compliance requirements.
Prices, taxes and historical purchases
The price displayed at checkout applies to a new purchase at that time. Historical payments remain governed by the price and terms applicable when they were purchased and retain their original stored amounts. Future prices, features, and Contact Unlock allowances may change prospectively. Applicable taxes, if any, are handled according to applicable business and tax obligations.
Razorpay Test Mode
Razorpay Test Mode transactions are simulated, are not real customer purchases, and are excluded from real revenue.
Payment security
Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or Naidu Kalyanam password. Initiate payments only through the official Naidu Kalyanam website payment flow. Do not send money directly to members for gifts, emergencies, travel, investments, dowry, loans, or other private requests.
