Refund and Cancellation Policy

Current paid memberships are:

• Basic: ₹499 for 90 days with 10 Contact Unlocks.
• Classic: ₹999 for 180 days with 30 Contact Unlocks.
• Premium: ₹1,799 for 365 days with 75 Contact Unlocks and one included 30-day Featured Profile period.

A membership starts after successful payment verification. Because it provides immediate access to digital features, a membership payment is generally non-refundable once the membership has been successfully activated and/or its benefits have started being used.

A refund may be considered where a duplicate payment occurred for the same intended purchase, payment was successfully collected but the membership was not activated because of a verified technical failure, Naidu Kalyanam charged the wrong amount, or a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

A change of mind, no response from members, no suitable match, no marriage outcome, non-use after successful activation, or fewer profile views than expected does not normally qualify for a refund. Naidu Kalyanam does not guarantee marriage, matches, responses, Interests, messages, or profile views.

Single Profile Access is a one-time ₹99 digital service tied to one selected eligible profile. Once protected access has been successfully granted, the service is treated as delivered and is generally non-refundable. A refund may be considered if payment succeeded but access was not granted because of a verified platform or payment technical failure.

Later profile unavailability does not automatically create a refund, including account deletion, suspension, a safety restriction, a hidden profile, blocking, or another legitimate platform restriction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Featured Profile is a ₹299, 30-day visibility and promotional service for the purchaser’s own profile. Once the Featured period begins, payment is generally non-refundable because delivery has started. A refund may be considered if payment succeeded but Featured status was not activated because of a verified technical failure.

Featured Profile does not guarantee profile views, Interests, messages, responses, matches, or marriage.

Premium Membership includes one 30-day Featured Profile period. This included membership benefit is not a separate paid Featured transaction and has no separate cash or refund value.

Contact Support if you were charged twice, payment succeeded but no service was delivered, the wrong amount was charged, or the transaction status appears inconsistent. A failed payment does not activate a service. A pending payment remains subject to payment-gateway confirmation. If your bank shows a debit but the site shows pending or failed, avoid repeated payment attempts and contact Support for reconciliation.

Approved refunds are normally initiated through the original payment method or payment gateway. The final credit-back time depends on Razorpay, the bank, card network, UPI provider, or other payment provider; Naidu Kalyanam does not guarantee a fixed processing time.

Current membership plans are not auto-renewing, so no recurring-billing cancellation is required. You can choose not to renew when a plan expires. Deleting or deactivating an account does not automatically create a refund for services already activated or delivered.

Never send Support or any member your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or Naidu Kalyanam password. These authentication secrets are not required to review a refund request.
